Probably the last update for the day: We were discharged, and have now (2pm) arrived home. Laura immediately ate a banana and went to sleep. Both of which are good things.
The freezers are absurdly full of food. I'm just eating some leftovers. Fairly mundane status, and mundane is good.
And, visitors are welcome. Visiting hours today are from 4pm to 8pm.

Kids are in bed watching "Sky High". Ben vetoed the live action version of Scooby Doo even after I showed him what SMG looks like in purple go-go boots.
Jack however completely has a crush on Eleanor. It was very cute this morning when he talked about marrying here, cute when she convinced him to go on the mega water slide and he liked it, sorta cute when he climbed into bed and started kissing her (but only because he's from a good family and it was right in front of me) this afternoon, and very nice to see him offering to help her in the arcade.
Much was won in the arcade. I hoped to solve it with four extra large SpongeBobs, but only George agreed to that. Jack has a variety of pink items (dog, duck, ball) while Ben went for the slinkee, duck, and I think ball with some extra candy I viciously told them they couldn't have until tomorrow. They did both brush their teeth after their evening cookie dough.
Pizza for dinner, both ate OK, neither very hungry nor picky. Given it was only an hour after Dipping Dots and nachos, it was still ok
Ben was the "deal or no deal" king of the arcade with an impressive win of 207 tickets. He was very proud. He also won the shoot water at a race car game.
They are looking forward to seeing their parents, but the blog has been wonderful in terms of keeping in touch, (with the bonus of Ben talking to his dad earlier tonight)
How the heck are the grandparents going to be able to top all these treats and games this summer???? hmmm, a long car ride from VA to NY? with their cousin from CA?
You guys/gals are wonderful angels to help C&L out like this with the kids...
You realize that it is the Grandparents influence that has made them such wonderfully behaved boys and worthy of kissing Eleanor...btw, who is Eleanor?? two legged or 4 legged??
Thank you for showing the boys a good time...
